Young Art - the showcase for exemplar artwork by students in AS/A-Level courses. The gallery promotes excellent practice in school and college Art and Design departments across the city of Plymouth and the west Devon area. Encouraging students use of the internet for the exhibition and promotion of their work. Digital Media Workshops (DMW) - Digital Media Workshops - workshops that actively engage the participants with the latest in the digital media sphere. i-DAT - a ‘Centre of Expertise’ located in the Faculty of Technology at the University of Plymouth, and acts as a catalyst for creative innovation across the fields of Art, Science and Technology, facilitating regional, national and international collaborations and cultural projects. Plymouth Arts Centre -Art, Film and Food The Barefoot Project - the Arts Education Partnership Agency for Plymouth, linking schools and artists and promoting arts education work of all kinds. We are supported by and based at University College Plymouth St Mark and St John and are core-funded by Arts Council England (SW) and Plymouth City Council. Marjon - University College Plymouth St Mark & St John, Marjon, offers higher education of excellent quality within a supportive, friendly and pleasant environment. Italian Exchange - Devonport High School for Girls go to Italy. Devonport High School for Girls - Welcome to Devonport High School for Girls, a specialist language college. Since our foundation in 1911, we have provided a first class education for girls from Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall. We are proud to continue the tradition of grammar school education whilst recognising that one of our primary aims is to prepare our students for the twenty first century and life beyond school. St James School - St James School, a mixed comprehensive of around 650 students. We occupy a new purpose-built site on the eastern edge of Exeter. We specialise in Maths and Computing and have excellent facilities in all areas. |
